Design management training

Mæ was appointed by East Thames to provide foundation training in design and design management, for their Project and Client Managers in charge of commissioning and managing housing and regeneration projects.

The six half-day workshops covered development issues from good urban design through to good management and understanding of how to assess value. The objective was to provide Project and Client Managers with the essential skills and understanding to take responsibility for design decision-making in relation to housing projects as an effective and enabling client.

Seminars included presentations and interactive exercises on the following topics:
